i'm so sorry for not watching the odyssey in 7388389 millimeter triple imax format. oh have you watched the odyssey? no how was it? some scenes were really nice. how did we forget what movies are?

It was a great movie. Watching on IMAX was a great experience, and the hardware greatly contributed to it. Soundtrack, Color Theory and Composition were beautiful, and perfectly matched the themes of sorrow, grief, lust and greed which were key to the movie's message - color theory and composition-wise, I believe you would find it quite inspirational. Acting was also brilliant, where Pattinson particularly impressed me. I also do not recall the last time I was so impacted by a movie than in the Cyclops sequence - the way they portrayed this mythological creature was brilliant; it evokes such a profound sense of horror, and oddly curiosity, that it makes me really excited to see Nolan expanding his work to this genre. My only nitpicks with the movie are that I found the ultimate message a bit hard to track in the middle of so much mysticism and of the greater plot, and one fight scene was a little exaggerated to my taste. Whether it faithfully adapts the original Odyssey is irrelevant to me, as it offered a great experience regardless. In any case, despite its flaws, it is a good movie which is definitely worth watching - IMAX or not.
